Sponsorship and exhibition

Invitation

You are welcome to promote your company at the international meeting of forensic scientists which is to be held in the year 2010 in Bled. We expect approximately 80 participants from about 40 countries; mainly experts in the field of forensic chemical analysis of drugs of abuse.

Producers of common instruments and consumables for chemical analysis (GC, GC-MS, FTIR, HPLC, Raman, etc..), sampling and sample preparation devices, chemicals, standard reference materials, fast field tests as well as developers of software (instrumental data analysis, data basing, statistic and chemometric, LIMS systems or similar) are all warmly invited. Of course, the sponsorship is not strictly limited to the fields enumerated above. Other commercial and technical sponsors are welcomed as well.

Options for sponsorship

The following ways of contributions to successful organisation of meeting are opened:

• as a sponsor of meeting - by direct financial support
• other ways of sponsorship (congress bags and blocks, handy gifts for participants, sponsoring of social events and/or other ways suggested by sponsor)

* All rates in the Invitation for sponsors and exhibitors exclude 20% statutory VAT, which is obligatory to pay by applying companies.

Sponsorship benefits

Golden Sponsor will enjoy following benefits:

• Acknowledgement as Golden Sponsor on the Congress home page
• Logo on the website
• An empty exhibition space (the area has to be negotiated) in the hall where coffee breaks are held for the participants of the congress (some space will be available in meeting room as well)
• Link with the website of the congress (the life time of the web page is supposed to be limited to one year)
• Leaflet in the congress bag
• Other possible bonuses (for example: short lecture (15 min.) on the congress - to be negotiated)
• Coffee breaks, social program and dinner - (for 1 person)
• Other bonuses (proposals of sponsor can be discussed)

Silver Sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement as Silver Sponsor on the Congress home page
• Logo on the congress website
• An empty exhibition space (the area has to be negotiated) in the hall where coffee breaks are held for the participants of the congress (some space will be available in meeting room as well)
• Link with the website of the congress (until the end of the congress)
• Leaflet in the congress bag
• Coffee breaks, social program and dinner - (for 1 person)
• Other bonuses (proposals of sponsor can be discussed)

Bronze Sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement as Bronze Sponsor on the Congress home page
• Logo on the congress website
• An empty exhibition space (the area has to be negotiated) in the hall where coffee breaks are held for the participants of the congress
• Link with the website of the congress (the life time of web page is supposed to be limited to one year)

• Coffee breaks, social program and dinner - (for 1 person)

Sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:

• Other bonuses (Other bonuses according to the sponsorship value; proposals of sponsor can be discussed)

Option: there is an opportunity for the short satellite symposium or workshop organisation - but this has to be previously negotiated and approved by congress organiser.
